Post-note of Year 2018
0This post is about to close Year 2018. No fancy summary like what I did in the past. Just short one below.
31.12.2018 | Goodbye 2018 & Happy New Year 2019
Looking back my past, my enthusiasm in blogging started from nowhere. With photography in mind, I’m actually started with a travel blog and set it up under 30 minutes. It’s gotten a lot easier than when I started my blog in 2008 when I quite knowledgeable about making a website.

Melati Hill Trail @ Nilai
1A long break from hill-hiking, which I never think would come back again. My hiking gung ho which concealed 3 years ago is releasing today.
Melati Hill is located at Nilai, offering a safe & clean trail, suitable to beginner like me (return of DeXXy). A long retired group of hikers, who made a comeback to hiking scene, making a clean call, initiates the occurrence today.
29 May 2018 | Melati HILL Trail @ Nilai
To carefully selecting a place, my comeback is truly a new place that I never been before. In the sense of beginner level again, without expectation, we have a junior hiker joining us. A 4 years old kid.
The STARTING trail is very visible (next to Temple Na Du Gong). The entire hill is built with few checkpoint named Centipede Hill, Monkey Hill, Cobra Hill and Mosquito Hill, with a section call Rope trail.
Understand from source from local, this hill’s trail was built by a medical doctor for his patients. Each of the trails created for different purpose which to cater and attract his patients to exercise regularly. An initiative to live healthy.

FGS Dong Zen Temple 2015
0Year by year, revisiting to FGS Dong Zen Temple seems a compulsory. Visiting this place during Chinese New Year, a norm to most people had and the surrounding hasn’t really changed for this year.
Fo Guang Shan (FGS) Dong Zhen Temple
CNY Lantern & Floral Festival 2015
Year of GOAT – More colorful decorations this year made the entire temple colorful. My returning this year was somewhat disappointed due to I had chosen a bad camera (non-DSLR) and the outcome of most photos are deteriorating.
Anyway, FGS Dong Zen remains one of the most visited place during CNY, regardless you agree or not.

Bukit Besi @ Alam Damai, Cheras
0Seeking a new place to hike around KL & Selangor has never faded inside me. Till I learn from my hiking guru recommended this hill. A friendly hill for beginner. He decided to bring us there for once after talked about some time.
10 Jan 2015 | Bukit Besi
Neither I have any clue what and where is this hill until I attempted it. Peak should be nothing to fancy about but the CHECKPOINT is!
Checkpoint is the place where the PANAROMA of KL view where PEAK is nothing than a TELECOMMUNICATION base. Many locals knew this place and organized few hike at the night for spectacular KL night view since the trail is absolutely beginner friendly. I chosen to hike in the early morning to catch a SUNRISE!

A Touch of Bukit Repin
4Never underestimated the word of ‘Bukit’ (meaning of hill). It can be bigger than life of mountain. My trip to Bukit Repin was one of the toughest hike I ever been. Trust or not, the 28km distance (return trip) cost it all.
13 May 2014 | Bukit Repin
It was a month since I had done Bukit Chenuang, yet another tough hike. I am off with another again.
Bukit Repin is situated next to Gunung Nuang and the trail is beautiful. This trail is much easier from the starting point of Klang Gates area, however, there are several difficulties and on many occasions, motorbike wheels erode the track.
The distance to the R&R is almost 14km, so the round trip gave me 28km of hiking pleasure.
