Day Trip @ Bukit Tinggi
6 June 2010

Frankly say, my short visit to Bukit Tinggi has been a fruitful moment. I called it a day for me and my dear for our second year. In fact, we had delayed a week of two due to unavailability. So at last, we managed to set off a day trip in a short planning.
That day, the weather was indeed good and bright. Sky was blue, wind was breeze and heart was at cloud nine. LOL. Pardon me. I drove up to the hill, after exiting at Berjaya Hill Resort signboard along Karak Highway. According to my GPS, there were another 11km to go before reaching Colmar Village. So, don’t panic whether you’re on right track.
Hangout @ Kanching Waterfall
1Kanching Waterfall offers seven (7) waterfalls under lush jungle greenery spot that housing much plant life. A good place for picnicking for family and couples. A good hangout for children in the nature. Under this situation, photography made it great.
Kanching Waterfall (Sg Kanching Recreational Park)
20 June 2010

It doesn’t get long enough for me to get into waterfall obsession again. It took matter of words and I’m back to the nature which my old gang of hikers, namely TKT, WMK, CM and Dansan. We drove from KL about 30km along the way to KL-Rawang Road, which normally you would see signboard pointing to Templers Park.
I know many people are familiar with the name of Templers and Kanching Recreational Park is just nearby only. This park is better organized and much larger.
Car park is charged RM2 and entrance fee per pax is RM1. The weekend crowd is great and I saw many picnickers around until walk around also need to be careful. This park offers big shades for family outing with few huts available. Toilet and bathroom is available for small cost.
Anyway, my visit this round is more about recreational purpose. Also the park offers a great scenic for photography. Adventurer should find this place a bit choke up some stamina, however, it doesn’t require much hiking. To get from first level to highest level, you need around 30-45 minutes depending on your speed.
Michelle & Tee Wedding Day
0It was another photography session on the wedding day for me. A typical Chinese wedding ceremony which normally held in the morning, following by dinner at night. I didn’t attend the night dinner because I was merely a guest newbie photographer among friend of friend. So you guess. LOL.

Wishing you a Happy Wedding … Happiness always, Merrier ever after

I wasn’t put into high hope when I come into the picture. I was a completely stranger which nobody care to ask who am I and which side I was standing on. I braved myself as a guest and just walk around anonymously but not awkwardly.
Of course my whole intention was to capture the best moment and polish my skills in this area to become a quality wedding photographer, but I don’t see myself in this expertise due to lack of exposure.
Bukit Melawati @ Kuala Selangor
1Bukit Melawati is located in the coastal town of Kuala Selangor. It’s a rich historical site, only 30-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur. Sultan of Selangor has a fortress on Melawati Hill to protect the state from intruders at the end of the 17th century.

My trip to Bukit Melawati was just coincidence with Sekinchan trip. Since we have crossed by this place, we decided to stop by for sight-seeing as none of us except me have been here before.
That time, it was under hot afternoon. Everyone there was taking the tram at cost of RM3 for each in one way.
Sekinchan, The Paddy Field
0Sekinchan is well known for paddy field. It has attracted many passionate blogger and photographers towards this destination. The idea of getting to this place was actually from new enthusiastic photographer, TKT. He asked us for photo shooting session since we last had it in somewhere last year, perhaps with him only. LOL. I remember my last photo shooting was a group of DSLR kaki at Tg Sepat. He didn’t join us.

The scenic can be interpreted into strong feeling whereby many wedding shot also take into this place. Frankly say, if the weather is very good, it could be a stun effect for photography.
My first visit to Sekinchan had brought me to learn a level in photography. So, 4 of us in one car, drove up to Sekinchan as early as 5am sharp. Even though not much traffic blocking us in front, we took around less than 2 hours to reach there, with our first stop in front of Tian Hook Temple. We managed to catch the sunrise over the paddy field.
