Bak Kut Teh @ Klang
2Ok…this is going to be a review on restaurant and food, perhaps. It is a simple food talk; Bak Kut Teh @ Klang. No doubt that Klang is well known for BKT.
Bak Kut Teh @ Klang

It is my first time having BKT at Klang. I’m not fan of BKT nor lover. Occasionally, I will had it nearby my housing area. Reason behind this post? I just love BKT from Klang…hahaha.
A pottery full of pork, organs, mushroom and vegetable. I never seen such a nice full pot with so many varieties! Upon having this, I had lost my interest with BKT at other place already.

Yow Char Kuay…in Canto. It’s crispy if you eat without soak into BKT soup. It just taste good when mix up together. I don’t think people can eat BKT without this!

OTAK-OTAK delicacy; the biggest piece that I ever had.

If you’re not fan of BKT, don’t worry. You still can have your normal meal here.

Go-Kart Championship 2009
1This was an irresistible offer. Only pay RM40 and you can drive for 3 rounds (individual and team event) total up of 13 laps. I expect myself to join this year as second timer.
Go-Kart Championship 2009
13 – 14 June 2009

This event held in Shah Alam outskirt stadium, a popular track for kart-ing fans. Normal walk-in price is quite expensive compare to group booking (with more than 15Â peoples). I have a team of 4 (Jason, me, Jian and Ellen).
First timer would not expect any real fun until ride on it. I started slowly until I get familiar with the track, then speed comes.
First day normally the day for warm up and briefing. We reached damn early at 7.30am. Then, we had our breakfast.

Briefing start on the game rules and regulation.

For individual event, I’m in Group C. No need for a long wait but certainly, we were waiting like crazy.

All of us were wearing red on that day.

This is the pit where the karts start and stop.

A normal kart with ambank sticker all around.

The curves of the track. Making peoples life tough.

Ignorant driver spotted, causing accident by performed ‘road block‘. Stay cool man.

Safety comes first. Drive slow enough and with hand support somemore. Extra safe. Cool driver! Everybody who witnessed her were laugh like hell. So funny.

This AKA was driving safety also. He drove below the speed limit.

This driver drives over limit, caused spinning and stuck in the middle.

We have 2 teams participated this year. One is SLOW-SLOW-RUN and the other is SPEED-BREAKER. Totally opposite meaning right? Haha.

Our team was listed out from Top 5, thus making an early exit. Overall was a good experience for me to make myself part of Kart-ian community for 2 days.
I won’t look forward for next year. Don’t ask me why…hehehe.
Broga Hill – The Beginning
0Broga Hill name has been associated with peoples around me until I can’t bear to ignore it. In fact, it’s an absolute a beauty hill with wonderful view for hikers. Photos taken by amateur photographer and trip review online can proves it.
Broga Hill @ Semenyih

After the success of my previous hiking trip, I’m planning another trip to Broga Hill by next week. As I will be leading a large group of friends to Broga, I need to get myself being prepare for it.
Here are the facts of preparation and advises on Broga Hill trip:
- Camera - absolutely more important than your phone, to capture the beauty of nature OR madness of yourself
- Towel - sweat like crazy during the hike before reach 1st peak
- Extra shirt - to get change at your car when you’re about to go back
- Water/Isotonic – to replace your body dehydration OR provide energy to your body with isotonic drink. Can be bought at nearby plantation area.
- Torchlight – required if you planned to hike and reach before 7am.
- Shoes - slippery surface during hiking up and down. Need a pair of shoes that having a good grip.
Here is the route advise to Broga Hill (from Cheras – Kajang highway):
- Take a route to Kajang highway start from opposite Phoenix Plaza.
- Go along the highway and pass 2 tolls (RM1.90 in total)
- Head to Semenyih until you notice Tesco Kajang on your right.
- Go straight until you notice Semenyih direction (in blue sign). Turn left.
- Congrat…you’re heading to Semenyih town.
- Take 10km drive until you see Petronas on your right and university nottingham sign on your left.
- Turn left before the traffic light.
- Go straight until you notice Rabbit Farm on your right.
- Broga Hill is just opposite the farm.
It’s advisable to reach earlier, probably before 6.30am to observe sunrise on the hill top. If you’re not coming for sunrise, you can start anytime you want as long as you can stand the heat after 8am.
Here are the photos for my first visit. Park your car in between the space allocated.

Walk towards to the plantation, following the road trail prepared. The surface is rocky and slippery. Some of them are even 60 degree steep.

Making impossible to go down in standing position. You’re require to duck-squatting down all the way. Funny but safe.

When you reach the first peak, you can feel so high. In fact, you got few more peaks to climb.

Stay tune for Broga next week.

0I love shopping, but I hardly purchase anything, end up with nothing. However, online purchase is fun. Last week, I went through the new catalog sent by credit card issuer bank.
The following High Sierra 22″ Bubba Sports Duffel bag is catching my eyes. I quickly look into my accumulated point, yes! I’d more than enough, let’s redeem this! I went online and make redemption online. It’s as easy as filling up a simple form indicating your mailing address and contact person.

Roughly one week later, here is my bag! I plan to use this bag in my next trip at fruit farm.

Okay, gotta start all over again to accumulate reward point, which is never expired! Good credit card…my loyalty is here for you.
